Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of information associated with your Turing Messaging Platform account or a connected Meta/WhatsApp account.
How to request deletion
- Email hashim@turingtechs.co.uk from the email address used for your platform account.
- Use the subject “Turing Messaging Platform data deletion request”.
- Include the business name and state whether you want the user account, connected WhatsApp data, or the whole business workspace deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes.
We will verify the request before deletion to protect customer data. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the requested data and disconnect related Meta access where applicable. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will explain if limited information must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or security reasons.
Disconnecting Meta access
You can also remove the application’s access from your Meta business settings. Disconnecting access stops new platform activity but does not replace a deletion request for records already stored by the service.
