Turing Technology Solutions Limited provides a business messaging platform that helps authorised organisations manage contacts, consent, message templates and WhatsApp campaigns. This policy explains how information is handled when an organisation uses the platform.
Information we process
We may process account details, business profile information, contact details supplied by the customer, consent records, message-template content, campaign records, delivery events and technical security logs. WhatsApp account identifiers and access credentials are processed only to provide the requested integration.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, provide tenant-isolated workspaces, connect authorised WhatsApp Business accounts, submit templates, deliver requested messages, record delivery status, respect opt-outs, prevent misuse and support the service. We do not sell personal information.
Legal basis and customer responsibility
Business customers are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and valid consent for their communications. Turing Technology Solutions Limited processes customer contact data to provide the contracted service and may process limited account and security data for legitimate operational and security purposes.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers required to operate the platform, including Meta and WhatsApp for messaging, hosting and database providers, and security or support suppliers. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and is subject to its own terms and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, and resolve security or support issues. Access credentials are stored server-side in encrypted form. Access controls, tenant isolation and audit records are used to reduce unauthorised access.
Your choices and rights
Individuals may ask the relevant business customer to access, correct or delete their information and can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Business customers can request export or deletion of their workspace data, subject to legal retention requirements.
