Terms of Service
Turing Messaging Platform · Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms apply to business use of Turing Messaging Platform, provided by Turing Technology Solutions Limited. A separate signed service agreement takes priority where it conflicts with these online terms.
Authorised use
Customers must use the platform lawfully, keep account access secure, provide accurate business information and comply with Meta, WhatsApp and applicable messaging rules. Customers may message only recipients for whom they have an appropriate lawful basis and valid channel-specific consent.
Prohibited use
The platform must not be used for deceptive, unlawful, abusive or unsolicited messaging; attempts to bypass platform limits; credential sharing; interference with the service; or content that violates third-party rights.
Third-party services and charges
Meta, WhatsApp and other third-party services operate under their own terms and may impose message charges, limits, reviews or suspensions. Unless a service agreement says otherwise, the customer remains responsible for third-party usage charges associated with its business account.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change to meet security, legal or third-party platform requirements.
